Enrolment Agreement – Summer Promo Edition

By enrolling in "The Alignment Academy" offered by Melissa Holistic (the Academy), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for the convenience of students. By selecting a payment plan option, you agree to fulfill all payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of access to course materials and resources until all outstanding payments are made.

Non-Cancellation and Non-Pause Policy
Once enrolled, students are committed to completing the program in its entirety.
Students acknowledge that they cannot cancel or pause payments once enrolment is confirmed.

Refund Policy – Summer Promo
Due to the deeply discounted nature of the Summer Promo, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Course Materials
All course materials provided by Melissa Holistic are copyrighted and intended solely for the personal use of enrolled students.
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Intellectual Property
Melissa Holistic retains all rights, title, and interest in and to any intellectual property developed or used in connection with "The Alignment Academy," including but not limited to course content, materials, and methodologies.

Code of Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times when participating in "The Alignment Academy."
Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive by Melissa Holistic may result in immediate termination of enrolment without refund.

Program Duration and Access

• "The Alignment Academy" offers lifetime access to course materials.

• Access to the community is available for the life of the program.

• Access to one-on-one sessions and Voxer support is limited to 6 months from the date of enrolment.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Melissa Holistic reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
It is the responsibility of enrolled students to regularly review the terms and conditions for any changes.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By enrolling in "The Alignment Academy," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
